India, oh, India!

Since I recently finished this book and because Indian food is my absolute favorite (with nary a close second!), I was rather transfixed when I came across this video (via 101 Cookbooks).  The lunch portion made me want to ring up the nearest Indian restaurant PRONTO.  Yum.  Aaah, but India....the colors, the people, the cows (!).  I definitely want to visit in this lifetime.  I wonder how it would affect me.......I am NOT A FAN of overcrowded places with lots of people and I'm also extremely sensitive to seeing other people in poverty.  I get so down.  Trust me, it's ruined more than one "vacation".  Let's just say that I have a hard time enjoying myself.  So, until the opportunity to visit presents itself, I'll just click on this link and enjoy....hope you do too!
