Oh girlie, please stop growing so fast. I'm trying so hard not to blink.
Previous interviews can be found here.
Now if you'll please excuse me....I'm going to find a way to inspire my daughter to be something other than a manicurist. Wish me luck!

I am guessing "Hubbel's Face" :)
ReplyDeleteYou guessed right, Keith! That was an easy one, eh?
DeleteI knew right away which one made you teary! What a little sweetie you have! I love your interviews with Sophie (I went back and read her past ones) - these will be such treasures when she's all grown up. I laughed when I read that she wants to paint nails. Haha! Trust me, it will change many times before she settles on a career. Gosh, I'm 52 and I STILL don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
ReplyDeleteWell Deb, if she owns her own nail salon one day, I'll make sure she has plenty of teal polish on hand!!!!
DeleteAnd I don't know what I want to be when I grow up either!!!
Hi Audrey ~ what a lovely post! I should say "lovely posts" because I couldn't resist going back and reading Sophie's previous interviews. Painting nails and boys chasing the girls ~ she's definitely growing up way too fast! I saw several answers that could have brought tears to your eyes, but I'm sure I know THE ONE! All the photos were adorable, past and present. What a tree Sophie is standing by in this post! I love Katy Perry's "Firework" too. Katy has a new song called "Roar" that I find quite inspiring. It has a great message for everyone Take care!
ReplyDeleteOh, I MUST tell you something...
ReplyDeleterecently, I had told my husband that I had really noticed that women were spending LOTS of money on manicures and that the nails are becoming more and more spectacular, and that sometimes they are like small works of art.
SO... I am thinking that your Sophie has noticed the same thing, and that her choice of painting nails is a way to satisfy her creative urge!!
There, I love it when I figure these things out! xx
