MazeMasters

This weekend Sophie and I took off to find our way through the local Corn Maze.

This was my view for almost the entire time.

Every once in a while I'd belt out...."And baby, it's amazing I'm in this maze with you!" and Sophie would giggle.

The field was HUGE and it wasn't easy but......

....we did it.....in an hour flat....and we were so proud!

A beautiful Fall day with my beautiful girl! What could be better than that?

Hoping we can make this an annual tradition!

  3. What a darling post! A corn maze is on my Bucket List! What fun to see Sophie dashing ahead! And how sweet to see Clara as a bare-footed, sun kissed sweetie in the garden. Those caterpillars freaked me out though! I think I had the same ones on my tomatoes about 25 years ago! I still remember. We've been living in townhomes for over 20 years ~ trying to do our part to reduce suburban sprawl. That last photo of you and Sophie is really special! Take care!

    1. Those caterpillars have been slowly disappearing.....not sure if the birds have been picking them off or what. There's only one left now.....so I have a feeling we won't be seeing any butterflies!!! :-(

  4. You know what this really means...you are outstanding (out standing) in your field!!
I totally stole that from a birthday card I gave to my brother-in-law once...and you know I used it this past Saturday when we were gathering those seeds!

  5. Wow, what an expanse! This looks so much fun in the broad daylight, but I remember getting lost late at night along one of these in Canada, and getting the willies when we had to pull over and check the map lol!
